Reiki starts with a short meditation. Together we will journey to a place of serenity where you can leave your daily life behind. It is somewhere you will be able to go back to time and again, when in need.
In your relaxed state you will enjoy some of the feelings receiving Reiki brings: warmth, tingling, heaviness, weightlessness. Intense stillness, calmness and clarity. In this space healing takes place. Detoxification begins, your immune system calms and wounds heal.
In Person Reiki
Face to face Reiki can be enjoyed in Northamptonshire and Stony Stratford.
Remaining fully clothed you will lay on a massage couch or sit in a reclining chair. I will act as a conduit through which the Reiki energy will pass. I may lightly touch your head, shoulders, ankles, knees, elbows or can work hands off if you would prefer.
Distance Reiki
Distance Reiki can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.
It may seem a far-fetched option but for many people it is the perfect solution to receiving help but without the stress and worry of visiting a clinic.

Natural Energy Coaching
The concept of in person/remote Reiki is not right for you, however, you don't need to miss out on feeling better. Working together we will shift you to a place where your sense of wellbeing and emotional energy are more resilient.
To achieve this we shall work together on breathing exercises, the use of mantra, the five Reiki Precepts and some meditation–in the form of candle staring and working with silence.
